Mohamed was born in Kukuna, Bramaia Chiefdom, Kambia District, Northern Sierra Leone on October 20, 1974. Fourth in a family of seventeen children and the first male child to survive his father.
He attended the Sierra Leone Wesleyan Church Primary School in Kukuna. Upon completion of the Primary school in Kukuna, he went to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Secondary School, Kissy Dock Yard in Freetown, one of the most popular secondary school in Freetown.
Afterwards he studied at Milton Margai College of Education & Technology obtaining the Higher Teachers Certificate (HTC) Secondary in Agricultural Science. To complete his profile he attended the N’jala University College, University of Sierra Leone and obtained a Bachelor in Agricultural Science Education. After graduating, he enrolled for a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural in Economics at the N’Jala University College. A year after the M.S.C degree program, he completed his education with an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) at N’jala University.
Previously, a Senior Teacher at Albert Academy Senior Secondary School, Berry Street, Freetown until 2013. He worked as head of the laboratory of informatics at Albert Academy Digital Unify Lab and STFoundation Manager /Coordinator for all DU Labs in Freetown from 2009 – 2013.
From 1 April 2013 until today, He is the local representative for ST Foundation in Sierra Leone.
